Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Phlebotomist for our North American plasma center in Lawton, OK. The ideal candidate will maintain outstanding donor service, follow safety protocols, and support donors throughout the donation process.

Our phlebotomists work with plasmapheresis equipment, ensure donor comfort, and monitor for adverse reactions while protecting donor confidentiality. Training is provided to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Superior customer service standards expected.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to shifts.
• Willingness to obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure happiness and confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donor health and equipment quality.
• Set up, operate, and disconnect plasmapheresis machines.
• Dispose of contaminated equipment safely.
