Job summary

Grifols is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist for our donor center in North America. This full-time role includes training new staff and focusing on donor comfort, safety, and superior service.

You will assist in determining donor suitability, operate plasmapheresis equipment, and maintain donor confidentiality. A High School diploma or GED and applicable licensure are required, with flexible scheduling encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
