Actalent is seeking a Phlebotomist for our Patient Service Center in Tempe, AZ. You will collect and receive specimens, accurately enter data, and prepare samples for testing. This on-site role operates Monday through Friday with a potential pathway from contract to hire.

Responsibilities include specimen distribution, performing assigned analyses, and upholding the Code of Conduct guidelines. 2+ years preferred; GED or HS diploma required; location is in Tempe within 15 miles of the workplace.

We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist for our Patient Service Center. The role involves the collection and receipt of biological specimens, accurate data entry into the company's computer system, and the preparation and distribution of samples for analytical testing. The position requires adherence to pre and post-analytical testing protocols and specified analytical testing assignments, all while following the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.

Work Environment

Work in a Patient Service Center. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The company offers numerous growth opportunities, including a career ladder to advance to Phleb Tech 2 after six months, with a potential pay increase. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
