Job summary

FlexStaff in New York is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our on-site team. You will verify patient and specimen information, draw blood from adults, children, and infants, and process specimens per established procedures to ensure accurate lab results.

The role requires attention to quality control, proper record-keeping, and awareness of patient condition, with additional duties as needed to support the lab team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified in Phlebotomy from a National Organization is preferred.
• Minimum of one year Phlebotomy experience OR Phlebotomy/Medical Assistant education program is required.
• Knowledge of laboratory computer is preferred.
