Tia is seeking a Phlebotomist to support both clinical and operational workflows at our Pasadena clinic. The role includes blood draws, specimen handling, rooming patients, and assisting with point‑of‑care testing to ensure efficient visits.
We require a California CPT I/II license and 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. The position is onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with benefits including health coverage and 401(k).

As a Phlebotomist at Tia, you will support both clinical and operational workflows that help the clinic run smoothly. You will perform blood draws and specimen collection, support lab processing and supply management, assist with patient rooming and clinical preparation, and partner closely with providers and clinic teammates to create a seamless patient experience.
This role is based in our TIA Silver Lakeclinic.
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8 am - 4: 30 pm

The expected compensation for this role is $23 - $26 per hour.
