Labcorp, a leader in diagnostics at Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. This role supports blood collection and specimen processing across Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
The position operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with responsibilities including accurate data entry, patient service, and travel to additional sites as needed. A high school diploma and phlebotomy experience are required; certification is preferred.

Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part‑Time employees scheduled for fewer than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO. PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
