Position Details

• Role: Phlebotomist
• Schedule: PRN, as needed
• Training: Monday-Friday, 5:30am-12:30pm (flexible options available)

Responsibilities

• Properly identify patients and collect clinical laboratory samples according to physician orders or laboratory instructions.
• Use acceptable phlebotomy techniques and instruct patients or clients on specimen collection procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all laboratory information.
• Contribute to laboratory efficiency by answering phones, collecting specimens, completing paperwork, and assisting staff as needed.
• Obtain and maintain certification in DOT urine drug screen collections.
