Job description

Join our team as a Phlebotomist at TriHealth and be a vital part of our healthcare mission. You'll work with patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality specimens for diagnostic testing, and handle customer inquiries while complying with CLIA, TJC, and CAP guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

1. Procure quality specimens from patients across different age groups.
2. Perform EKGs on outpatients as needed.
3. Make and receive calls from customers, gather data, answer questions, and resolve issues.
4. Complete documentation to meet OIG guidelines, including interpreting and transcribing physician orders and entering data into LIS/HIS systems.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification preferred, and 1-2 years of experience in phlebotomy preferred.

Location: Bethesda North Hospital, 10500 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242

Work hours: Optional PRN hours, day shift, weekend and holiday rotation.
