Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens for laboratory tests following required procedures and labeling.
• Interpret and process lab orders and specimen requirements.
• Perform urine drug screens and breath alcohol testing as trained.
• Conduct point-of-care testing and operate related equipment.
• Maintain privacy, safety, and integrity for all patients and specimens.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the department.
