Responsibilities

• Specimen verification, processing, shipment and front loading on instruments for testing.
• Pre-analytical processes including registration, and ordering.
• Outstanding customer service by demonstrating effective and appropriate communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clerical functions including telephone communication, report generation and faxing.
