Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System in Philadelphia is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician to draw and collect blood specimens from identified patients, record necessary information, and follow hospital SOPs. You will also assist with receiving and processing specimens and maintaining lab supplies.

Position is per diem with rotating shifts; a high school diploma is required and phlebotomy experience is preferred. A driver’s license and certification are also preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw and collect blood specimens from identified patients according to SOP.
• Record patient information and ensure compliance with hospital rules.
