Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Edison, NJ team. This casual/PRN role runs 7:00am–7:00pm Mon–Fri and 7:00am–4:00pm Sat, with travel to additional sites as needed. Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen collection, data entry, and patient service.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year phlebotomy experience; preferred applicants have 2+ years. Certification or accredited training is required if no work experience.

• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Edison, NJ. Work Schedule: This is a casual/PRN position; hours will be "as needed" but the start and end times will vary from 7:00am until 7:00pm Monday – Friday and 7:00am-4:00pm on Saturday.

Additional Job Standards:

• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

Pay Range:

**Pay Range: $17.75 - $24.00 per hour All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data Phlebotomist’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

• Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
• Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
