Job description

The Pediatrics Department is seeking a casual Phlebotomist for the Adolescent Medicine Division. The successful candidate will be required to work offsite at Mobile Research Van locations throughout Baltimore City.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Draw blood for Safe Spaces Research Project.
  • Label samples.
  • Package and assist with transport.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or graduation equivalent.
  • Phlebotomy training and demonstrated proficiency.
  • Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience drawing blood.
  • Flexibility in locations and hours worked.
  • Certified Phlebotomist.
