Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Patient Service Technician/Phlebotomist.
• Must possess Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• Ability to provide orientation and training for patient service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique.
• Conduct urine drug screen and paternity collections.
• Communicate safety procedures and compliance effectively.
