Job summary

MultiCare Auburn Medical Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support Lab Services. You will handle patient registration and order entry, perform phlebotomy and specimen processing, and may assist with specimen pickup, report sorting and delivery, and supply delivery.

The role supports a busy lab environment and requires strong public-facing skills. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, MA-Certified or MA-Phlebotomy credentials (or eligibility), phlebotomy

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant-Certified, Medical Assistant‑Phlebotomy Certification, or Medical Assistant‑Phlebotomist eligible — must complete the training within 90 days of hire.
• Phlebotomy course or training preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Previous experience dealing with the public preferred.

FTE: 0.001_, Shift: Days_, Schedule: The ideal candidate will be available to work 3 days per week with every other weekend availability. The shift length will vary from 8-10 hours per shift.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $24.40 - $37.14 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
