Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Lenexa, KS at West 96th Street, Lenexa, KS 66219. The role involves blood collection, specimen handling, and customer service in a clinical setting.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 8:15 am–5:15 pm schedule with potential additional hours as needed. Candidates may have phlebotomy certification or relevant training, or 1+ year experience.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training, or 1+ year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system and process billing data when needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain patient/specimen logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues.
• Travel to additional sites as required.
