Labcorp in De Pere, WI is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our patient-focused team. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections across ages, enter data accurately, and support billing processes while delivering compassionate service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training, and 3+ months of experience. Preferred: 1+ year with pediatric and geriatric patients. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• Preferred: 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.
• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or training must come from an accredited agency.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime; color vision is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
