Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Mount Washington, KY team. The role focuses on blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, with an emphasis on accurate data entry and customer service.

Experience with specimen handling, billing support, and office-based operations is valued, along with flexibility to travel to client sites as needed. A PST incentive plan offering quarterly bonuses may apply based on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training program required.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely; process billing information as needed.
• Maintain logs for patient and specimen information and provide superior service to patients.
