Job summary

Wabash General Hospital is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect venous and capillary blood, perform waived tests, and manage basic clerical tasks. You will ensure specimens are collected accurately and handle reporting duties with professionalism.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy licensure is preferred. Shift: Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and holidays; hours vary. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy licensure preferred.
• Clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to work any day of the week including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collect venous and capillary blood specimens.
• Perform waived testing and prepare reports.
• Answer phones and fax reports.
• DOT and NON-DOT urine drug collection and basic office duties.
