Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Phlebotomy certification or CMA certification or related phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare/phlebotomy environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform phlebotomy and other lab specimen collections per age-related standards.
  • Enter accurate orders for lab tests and verify documentation.
  • Maintain safety, proper specimen labeling, and timely processing per protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff to ensure quality care.
  • Adhere to institutional policies and participate in ongoing competency assessments.
