Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA, located at 347 Passaic Ave., Nutley, NJ, is hiring a Phlebotomist to join our patient-focused laboratory team. This full-time position offers Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with an hourly rate of $20.00–$22.00 and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance plus a 401(k) with company match.

You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect/prepare non-blood specimens, ensure proper specimen labeling and test ordering, and uphold safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
