Job summary

Sunrise Medical Laboratories is seeking a friendly, patient-focused phlebotomist for the 1st shift at our Reston/Ashburn locations in Virginia. You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare specimens, and ensure accurate labeling and test ordering.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Sch: Phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
