Sonic Healthcare USA in Dunlap, TN is hiring a phlebotomist to join our Laboratory Operations team. You will provide patient-focused care, perform venipuncture on all ages, and prepare specimens for testing in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy training or practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Bonus: 2+ years of lab training or specimen collection experience.
• Bonus: ASPT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
