Job summary

Labcorp in Dover, DE is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at State Street. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, prepare specimens for testing, and ensure accurate data entry and patient-friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months experience.
• Phlebotomy certification from accredited agency acceptable in lieu of work experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Reliable transportation and overtime flexibility.
• Able to pass a color blindness test.

Responsibilities
