Talentify in Gainesville, FL is hiring a Phlebotomist for a 5-month contract. The onsite role requires drawing quality blood samples, accurate documentation, and patient interaction in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The schedule is 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. Pay ranges from $19.85 to $21.26 per hour, and applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, and WA).
• Minimum 6 months experience in phlebotomy required.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing per procedures.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public.
