Job summary

Western Reserve Hospital in Ohio seeks a Phlebotomist for a part-time float role with 24 hours weekly and variable shifts. You will perform blood collection, manage specimen handling, and assist the technologist in laboratory analysis across onsite and offsite labs in Hudson, Akron, Kent, and Tallmadge.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a phlebotomy certificate or MA program preferred, six months phlebotomy experience or completion of related program, and BLS

• Six months phlebotomy experience OR completion of a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy program.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Education and Training

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Certificate in Phlebotomy or as a Medical Assistant preferred.

Experience

Variable Schedule:

• 7:00-3:30p or
• 7:30-4:00p or
