Responsibilities

• Performs venipuncture and collects specimens from neonates to adults.
• Ensures proper labeling and proper specimen handling for testing.
• Performs limited testing under CLIA guidelines.
• Responds to calls, assists with inventory and billing support.
• Instructs staff and students in phlebotomy and specimen processing.
