Actalent is seeking a phlebotomist for an onsite contract role in Andover, MA. You will perform venipuncture and blood draws, handle and process specimens, and ensure accurate labeling and storage according to lab protocols.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience, with attention to patient safety and adherence to temperature controls. This temporary position offers hourly compensation with onsite benefits eligibility.

Job Description

• Perform venipuncture and blood draws using straight needles and butterfly needles, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by specific test orders and laboratory protocols.
• Store specimen samples at the required temperature and place them in the appropriate collection containers or tubes.

Qualification

• 6+ Months of experience working as Phlebotomist is Mandatory

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
