Description:

.Leads and participates in a small team providing phlebotomy services to inpatients or an outpatient laboratory. Ensures
adherence to standards and policies. Trains new employees as assigned. Captures data, audits processes and reports
selected metrics to management.

Education
Minimum High school diploma
Preferred Phlebotomy Training or Phlebotomy Technical School

Credentials/Licensure
Minimum ASCP certification for Phlebotomy (or other accrediting agency) or certification must
obtain within 3 months of hire date.

Related Experience
Minimum Six months of phlebotomy experience.
Preferred One year of phlebotomy experience at MHSM.
