Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is hiring a Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, CBCs, EKGs, and spirometry to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Qualifications

• WA State MA-P certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws.
• Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing with proper calibration.
• Process specimens for reference labs and maintain QC/QA logs.
• Maintain inventory, equipment, and safe lab practices per CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA.
• Communicate results and coordinate with providers and clinical staff.

We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) - Lab Services Sea Mar is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, automated CBCs, EKGs, and spirometry to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role ensures accurate specimen collection, testing, documentation, and strong patient care.

Starting Wage: $21.30 per hour. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Can be edited based on need). Hourly - Hourly Plan, 21.30 USD Hourly.

• Must pass pre-hire competency test
