Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a phlebotomy professional skilled in venipuncture and capillary collections across patients of all ages. The role includes urine drug screen collection, paternity sampling, and breath/saliva testing using specialized equipment.

Experience with TestCup and LCM/Cyber Tools is preferred. Candidates should follow strict labeling and chain-of-custody protocols to ensure specimen integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience performing venipuncture and capillary collections across age groups.
• Experience collecting urine drug screens and paternity samples.
• Familiarity with breath/saliva alcohol testing and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for patients of all ages.
• Collect urine drug screens, paternity samples, and breath/saliva tests as required.
• Operate TestCup and LCM/Cyber Tools per standard procedures.
• Maintain accurate labeling and chain-of-custody for specimens.
