Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a phlebotomist to perform blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages in a Knoxville area setting. The role includes urine drug screen collections, paternity collections, and alcohol testing using approved devices and procedures.

Experience with pediatric draws and difficult venipunctures is a plus. Training on company procedures will be provided. This on-site role requires adherence to safety and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience performing venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Experience collecting urine for drug screens.
• Familiarity with paternity collections and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens by venipuncture and capillary methods.
• Collect urine samples for drug screens as required.
• Perform paternity and breath/alcohol testing per protocol.
