Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a phlebotomist to join our laboratory operations team.

The role involves performing venipuncture on patients of all ages, collecting and preparing specimens, and ensuring proper labeling and test ordering, all while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will support the Phlebotomy Supervisor, travel to multiple worksite locations as needed, and provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills are needed.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience is required.
• Bonus points for 2+ years of lab training or phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Phlebotomy Supervisor with departmental goals and objectives, including training and monitoring staff.
• Travel to multiple phlebotomy worksite locations as needed.
• Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.

All You Need Is
