Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy: venipunctures, heel sticks, capillary sticks with safety.
• Processing: collect and triage specimens; data entry for IDs and accessioning.
• Professionalism: wear ID badge; maintain clean work area and comply with policies.
• Customer service: provide prompt, courteous service to inpatients and outpatients.
