Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA's Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii is hiring a phlebotomy technician for a full-time role in Aiea, HI. You'll collect, process, and route laboratory specimens, including phlebotomy, while upholding safety and privacy standards for PHI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment including centrifuges and alarms.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and ensure specimens are collected, processed, prepared, routed, and stored correctly.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a laboratory with biological hazards and PPE requirements.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
