• Assist with scheduling of tests and appointments.
• Protect patient privacy and safeguard rights.
• Respond to life‑saving situations following policies and protocols.
• Participate in department quality improvement activities.
• Stock supplies as necessary.
• Process specimens per laboratory protocol.
• Adhere to Riverside Medical Clinic policies.
