Wellpath is seeking a Phlebotomist in Pennsylvania to collect blood samples and process tests in a clinical setting. The role supports underserved patients and requires careful handling of specimens and accurate record-keeping.

The ideal candidate has a phlebotomy background, a high school diploma (with phlebotomy training), and relevant state certification. The position offers strong teamwork, ongoing training, and a stable schedule in a lab environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a phlebotomy course.
• Prior experience in a correctional setting preferred.
• Requires unrestricted current certification or registration in state of practice where such is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture for blood specimen collection.
• Conduct waived/moderate complexity testing and maintain QC.
• Maintain lab records and document invasive procedures in patient records.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Work with the team and be available to work holidays as required.
