Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist III for the Arnold, MO territory. The role covers Monday to Friday hours 6:00 AM–6:00 PM with rotational weekends, and requires travel to PSCs, client offices, and other sites to collect specimens and ensure proper labeling and testing.

You will work independently with low error rates, handle complex collections, and uphold Quest 5Cs: Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification may be required in some states.
• English language proficiency required to communicate with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and other specimen collections according to procedures.
• Ensure correct patient identification and labeling for accurate testing.
• Provide excellent patient and client service and address questions.
• Travel within the territory to PSCs, IOPs, and other sites as needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety and lab procedures and participate in ongoing training.
