Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist III to cover Canton, GA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational weekends. Travel within the territory is required to deliver phlebotomy services at PSCs, IOPs, or other sites.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, patient identification, and accurate data entry with a focus on quality and customer service. A minimum of three years phlebotomy experience and state-specific certification are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections via venipuncture and capillary draws, including difficult cases.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures to ensure labeling accuracy.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per orders.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
• Provide professional, efficient service to patients and clients.
