Phlebotomist III Float - Milwaukee, WI

Schedule: Rotating schedule from 4:30am to 6:00pm, including rotational weekends.

Requirements: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $22.10+ per hour, based on skills, experience, education, and certifications. Eligible for annual performance bonuses.

Job Duties

• Cover designated territories within Patient Service Centers, doctor’s offices, or as needed
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing
• Collect specimens per established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams
• Enter billing info and collect payments when required
• Coach, mentor, and support new employees; serve as a point of contact on-site; provide feedback to supervisors
• Travel to additional sites as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant, paramedic)
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA
• Five years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Minimum 3 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred
• Keyboard/data entry experience

Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
