Pay Range

$21.26+ per hour, based on skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and market factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonuses.

Job Duties

• Cover assigned territory within a Patient Service Center, doctor’s office, or as needed
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for testing
• Collect specimens per established procedures (drug screens, biometric, insurance exams)
• Enter billing info and collect payments as required
• Mentor and support new employees, serve as a resource, and provide input to supervisors
• Travel to additional sites when needed

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic)
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• At least 3 years in a Patient Service Center preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Keyboard/data entry skills

The role requires effective communication in English.
