Reports to: Phlebotomist Supervisor
Required Skills
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) - to be obtained within 30 days. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Formal phlebotomy training preferred. Must be employed with RGH as a Phlebotomist for 1 year. Complete 'Dermal Puncture and Capillary Blood Collection' course in MediaLab. No written or corrective action for performance or attendance/tardy for the past 6 months.
