Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following established procedures, including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures to ensure labeling accuracy; perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and storage as required by test order.
• Research test/client information and confirm orders using lab systems.
