Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II to cover the San Francisco territory, traveling to Patient Service Centers and client sites. The position requires a state phlebotomy license and a willingness to work across SF locations, with a rotation every third Saturday in Daly City.

Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role offers a pay range of $28.85 to $34.40 per hour, with eligibility for annual performance bonuses.

• License must be CA? NHA licenses not accepted in CA/WA/NV.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at PSCs, IOs, or other sites.
• Ensure accurate specimen collection and patient identification and adherence to testing protocols.
• Communicate effectively to create a professional patient experience and work with staff and clients.
• Work independently with a low error rate and handle more complex collections and patient situations.

Pay range: $28.85 - $34.40 / hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results. Communicate effectively to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. Work independently with a consistently low error rate and handle more complex collections and patient/client situations.
