Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the Ventura, CA territory, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends.
The role requires a state phlebotomy license and involves travel to PSCs and client sites to collect specimens, ensuring accurate labeling and high-quality results. Responsibilities include performing venipuncture and capillary draws, verifying patient information, and maintaining compliant sample handling.
This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV).
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services at assigned Patient Service Centers (PSCs), Client Offices (IOPs), or other sites. Ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols to support high-quality laboratory results. Communicate effectively to create a professional and efficient experience for patients, staff, and clients. Work independently with a consistently low error rate and handle more complex collections and patient/client situations. Demonstrate the Quest 5Cs- Customer First, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Continuous Improvement in all interactions to uphold service and operational excellence.
