PRN - Morning Shift

4:00am - 8:00am

Overview:

The Laboratory Support Technician (LST II) supports the provider care team by managing reports, data, and scheduling functions of the laboratory. This role requires accurate, timely, and effective laboratory support. The LST II must demonstrate excellent customer service aligned with Mercy Signature Service Standards. Responsibilities include specimen collection for laboratory testing using safe, accurate, and professional methods while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and lab policies. All duties should reflect our mission, values, and service standards.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of phlebotomy or clinical laboratory experience, or successful completion of a clinical training program.
