Shift Details: PRN - Morning Shift (4:00am - 8:00am)

Overview

The Laboratory Support Technician (LST II) supports the provider care team by managing reports, data, and scheduling functions of the laboratory. This role requires excellent customer service skills aligned with Mercy Signature Service Standards. Responsibilities include specimen collection using safe, accurate methodologies, observing HIPAA confidentiality, and adhering to lab policies. All duties should reflect our mission, values, and service standards.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 months of phlebotomy or clinical laboratory experience, or successful completion of a clinical training program.
