The Phlebotomist II performs venous and capillary blood collection, may perform EKGs, waived and moderate complexity testing under supervision, and pre-employment drug screens. The role includes supporting laboratory services, monitoring work lists, and performing assays for ABG and COOX samples with appropriate supervision. Certification in a phlebotomy registry is required.
