Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's healthcare facility in Keller, TX. This is a 13 weeks contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CT.

Location: Keller, TX 76248. Pay range: $19 to $22/hour. Requirements include High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience is REQUIRED.
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens.
• Perform pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Process clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures.
• Verify patient demographic information and documentation.
• Obtain patient signatures following venipuncture when required.
• Verify specimen labels and ensure accurate patient identification.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Explain collection procedures clearly and professionally to patients.
