Qualifications

• Keyboard and data entry experience.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection techniques.
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing according to established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and obtain required signatures to ensure specimen labeling accuracy.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service in a professional healthcare setting.
• Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business demands.
